Yes I know. The title of this is an obvious statement I suppose. But who cares? I know I don’t anymore. Can we please just be honest with ourselves if not anyone else? Why can’t others just follow through with their “promises”? I am tired of trying to be the good guy…. I need to be the honest one. The one who stands up for myself. The one who shows others what that should do. The one who is proud of myself despite what others think.

It’s funny to me. The thought of how many people wont bother to look at what I have written for the simple fact of a stupid title. The irony in that makes me “laugh out loud”. Although it may not matter to you, I enjoy voicing my opinion and have come to the conclusion that even if only 1 person in the world read this and understood what I am trying to say, I would forever be joyous.

If I am continuing to be honest, I must admit that I had no idea where I was going with this “speech”, if you will, when I first began writing it. But now I am confident in this: People will always “say things”. That’s just how life works. But it’s the jobs of those who think differently to take a stand and call them out on it. WE have the ability to make a difference. WE have the ability to change what this world in gonna look like in the future. But in order to do that, we need to stand up NOW… Before its too late.
